FOUNDER STORY
From a Small Village to a Global Brand I grew up in Amarsar, a small village in Rajasthan, India.
At 13, I began working as a salesperson and helper to support my family. Life moved differently than I had imagined. I once dreamed of becoming a doctor, but circumstances led me down another path.
By 17, I had rented a small shop of my own. What started as a necessity gradually became a passion. Those early years taught me lessons no classroom ever could: resilience, responsibility, and the value of hard work.
In 2010, I married Vatsala.
A decade later, when COVID disrupted businesses across the world, ours was no exception. Our offline business was struggling, and for the first time, I seriously questioned what came next.
Vatsala saw things differently.
As a designer, she believed our future wasn't limited by geography. She encouraged me to take our business online and build something around a shared vision: creating custom tuxedos that help people feel confident in who they are.
Together, we started Systado.
Today, customers across the United States and around the world trust us to create garments tailored not just to their measurements, but to their individuality. While I lead the business, Systado would not exist without Vatsala's creativity, vision, and dedication. As Co-Founder and Head of Design, she continues to shape every piece we create.
Looking back, I never became the doctor I once dreamed of being.
But sometimes life takes away one dream so it can introduce you to another.
And Systado is ours.
